On Wednesday 30th July, a pair of Airbus H175s were delivered to U-Tapao in Thailand aboard an Antonov An124 of Maximus Air Cargo.
These represent the third and fourth in the Royal Thai Police fleet, and carry the serials 3103 and 3104.
We await further information as to the intended use of the new deliveries, while noting that the first pair are operated by the Royal Thai Police, but not for law enforcement purposes. They are actually ACH175 models with full VIP interior and are regularly used by the Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra within the country. We assume at this stage that the additional aircraft will also be for VIP use, given their dark windows and lack of externally fitted law enforcement equipment.
Helicopter market intelligence specialists Parapex Media have been tracking the two new aircraft since late April as they test flew from the Airbus plant at Marignane, France
