Formed in 1984, the National EMS Pilots Association, otherwise known as “NEMSPA” is a professional pilot’s association dedicated to giving a voice to pilots working in the air-medical transport industry. What began as a small group of pilots seeking to improve safety data has evolved into a national authority that collaborates with the FAA, CAMTS, and industry stakeholders to improve the air medical work environment.
