Perla Group acquires DB Aerokopters in a multi-million dollar deal

Dubai-based Perla Group International have recently reached an agreement to acquire 100% shares of Ukraine’s DB Aerokopter. DB Aerokopter designs and builds the AK1-3 petrol-powered, two-seater light helicopter.
