Just because the holidays are over doesn’t mean the giving spirit has ended at Los Angeles-based helicopter tour company Elite Helicopter Tours (‘http://www.elitehelicoptertours.com/‘).
Elite Helicopter Tours is donating multiple helicopter rides to various global and local charities – the American Red Cross and the Lyon Herron Foundation.
– The Los Angeles scenic helicopter tour donated by Elite Helicopter Tours will be auctioned off at a Red Cross charity event, and all proceeds will be used to help the ongoing relief efforts in Haiti.
– The Lyon Herron Foundation was organized to help the young, charismatic Malibu surfer, Lyon Herron, with his over 12-year battle against a rare genetic disease called Gardners Syndrome. Herron was first diagnosed with a Desmoid tumor at the age of 4 and has since been in an ongoing fight with this cancer. He has been in and out of hospitals and gone through numerous surgeries attempting to rid his body of the cancerous tumors that continue to grow. The helicopter ride donation by Elite Helicopter Tours will be auctioned off with all proceeds going towards Lyons treatment costs and his constant battle against Gardners Syndrome.
According to Elite Helicopter Tours’ spokesperson Simon Davis, “Lyon Herron is an inspiration to all around him and he continues to maintain a positive spirit and attitude after all he has been through.”
“At Elite Helicopter Tours, we’re proud to be able to give to our local community and aid others around the world,” added Davis.
