For many helicopter operators, warmer weather is just around the corner, and with it comes air conditioner maintenance. Air Comm Corporation is offering special pricing on a new Air Conditioner Servicing Kit designed to streamline the seasonal start-up maintenance process. Regularly priced at $849, kits will be sold for $775 during Heli-Expo 2010, Feb. 21-23. Visit Air Comm company representatives in Exhibit 2817.
The tool kits include everything a mechanic would require to service a vapor cycle air conditioner, including:
All of these tools are packaged in a rugged, easily transported toolbox.
Also for operators’ convenience, the most commonly used consumable and replacement parts for air conditioners have been packaged in Suggested Spare Parts Kits, which are also being offered with incentive pricing during Heli-Expo. Customers would pay 25 percent more if the same components were purchased separately. The kits include a compressor drive belt, compressor oil, receiver drier bottle, insert o-rings and Torq-Lok o-rings. They are conveniently packaged in a vacuum-sealed pack, which ensures easy storage and excellent shelf life.
