Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of April 1 to April 30, 2010, will be paid on May 14, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business April 30, 2010.
