Interfax Ukraine reports that the local State Aviation Enterprise plans to lease an AW139 from Tsentravia.  A cost of 7.5M Ukrainian grivnas (approx US$ 950K) is quoted, but it is not clear what that refers to in terms of lease period, fuel, crew etc.

Tsentravia was established in 2007, with 99.88% of the share capital of the company belonging to Virgin Islands based Blythe Associates

There is already an AW139 operating in Ukraine, on local registration UR-CRB.  This was delivered to Krivoy Rog Airport on 29th August 2010.  This particular aircraft is serial 41008 and was previously operating in Montenegro as 4O-HHH.
