| Streaming video of the HAI Public-Aircraft Forum held on Jan. 20 in Alexandria, Va. is now available online at rotor.com. The forum addressed matters of confusion surrounding the distinction between publicly owned and operated aircraft (such as military aircraft) and aircraft which operate under an FAA certificate but may be contracted at times for public-use.
