NATO says a coalition helicopter has landed on its side after experiencing mechanical trouble during takeoff from a military base in eastern Afghanistan.  No injuries.  Report from Poland quotes that “the helicopter was spinning on its axis” and fell to the ground, sustaining heavy damage.
