Colorado Heli-Ops is the fastest growing Helicopter training center in Colorado.  Awarded the Rotor & Wing Magazine’s Editor’s Choice Award for flight training in 2010, we are the first Helicopter flight school in the Nation to adopt a curriculum-wide Scenario Based Training program and we are looking for a long term, stable addition to our team as a Chief Flight Instructor.

Colorado Heli-Ops will have a table at Heli Expo Job Fair.  Our consultant and recognized leader of FITS SBT Methodology in Helicopter Flight Training, Mr. Mike Franz will be present to help with resume acceptance and discussions.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• CFII
• Meet the requirements of FAR 141.35 or 141.36
• Accept training as a FITS SBT Facilitator
• Possess leadership ability to run a SBT Flight Dept.
• No accidents or incidents
• Schweizer 300C & Robinson R44 Instructor SFAR endorsement
• Experience instructing above 5000′
• Team player with an emphasis on safety management

The Job Fair will be held from 1:30 to 5 p.m. in Room N220 in the North Building (facing Universal Boulevard) of the Orange County Convention Center, 9400 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.
