Eurocopter has opened a new maintenance centre in Panama uNder the auspices of its Mexican subsidiary. Located on the premises of Heliflight Panama at Panama City’s Albrook Airport, the facility initially specialises in the AS350 and EC120 ranges
“Customer care is a high priority for Eurocopter Mexico. We are very pleased to certify the new center and make it available to our Panamanian customers2 said Eurocopter Mexico CEO Serge Durand, during the opening ceremony. The certification of Heliflight Panama confirms Eurocopter’s ongoing determination to be near their customers, to increase their service offerings and continue to develop its network of service centers around the world.

From its own facilities in the International Airport of Mexico, the Mexican subsidiary of Eurocopter has a history of nearly 30 years serving customers in Latin America. Eurocopter considers this region to comprise 25 countries of Central America, northern South America and Caribbean subregions, and covers a fleet of more than 400 helicopters. Eurocopter de Mexico currently has 190 employees and conducts business services, after sales and maintenance and pilot training and helicopter mechanics.
