The CEO of Life Link III, a nonprofit medical transportation consortium run by nine Twin Cities health care organizations, was arrested Thursday at the company’s Minneapolis offices and charged with six felony tax charges.  Richard Carter McComb, 64, was booked into the Hennepin County jail, where his bail was set at $250,000.  More details
