Mustang Survival is pleased to announce that David Hoover has joined Mustang Survival’s military business development team as a Business Development Representative.

Working with the Director of Military Business Development, Hoover will manage relationships and develop opportunities with the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security with a specific focus on providing aviation related solutions to users such as rotary wing aircrew, transport aircrew, special-forces, rescue swimmers and search and rescue specialists.

Hoover brings with him over thirty years with the United States Coast Guard where he attained the rank of Master Chief. He was responsible for the policies, procedures and equipment for the Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue Swimmer program. He was also responsible for training personnel from various agencies including the USN, the USAF and the FBI in emergency egress training and water survival.

“David’s role is key to continuing the development of innovative solutions for our federal government customers,” commented Bryan Price, Director of Military Business Development, “His experience and skill set are a great fit and he will be an asset to the team in executing the strategic initiatives that provide optimal solutions for those customers.”
