AgustaWestland have released the photo below of the handover ceremony of an AW139 to All Nippon Helicopter at the Philadelphia factory.  The aircraft is serial 41341

This is the third AW139 for All Nippon Helicopter, and will be used for electronic news gathering (ENG) missions. ANH is conducts ENG operations exclusively for Nippon Housou Kyoukai (NHK), Japanese National Broadcasting Corporation and others. The order for this additional AW139 was announced at the Farnborough Air Show in 2012 and after delivery to Japan  will then undergo mission customization with operational readiness to be achieved in 2014.
