Bond Offshore Helicopters Ltd (Bond), one of the UK’s leading providers of energy support services, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a new contract with Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd (Nexen).
Bond will provide crew change support for Nexen’s operations in the UK North Sea for an initial period of five years with an option to extend, primarily using two Sikorsky S-92 helicopters.
The contract start-up will be phased, with the first aircraft coming into service in February 2014 and the second in March 2014. Both aircraft will operate out of Bond’s Aberdeen base.
