KOMO News helicopter down in Broad Street in Seattle, more updates shortly.  Seattle Police confirm at least two fatalities – named in this article as  pilot Gary Pfitzner and KOMO photographer Bill Strothman.  The helicopter was being used in a joint partnership between KOMO and KING 5 according to this KING 5 report
