On Jan. 12, 161 multi-industry organizations, including Helicopter Association International (HAI), signed on to a letter sent to all members of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of H.R. 185, the “Regulatory Accountability Act of 2015.” It is going to the Rules Committee Jan. 12 and it is requesting floor time the following day.
H.R. 185, the Regulatory Accountability Act of 2015, would modernize the 69-year old Administrative Procedure Act and improve how federal agencies write the regulations that most significantly affect the U.S. economy.
