The Comptroller and Auditor General(CAG) has detected serious irregularities in the purchase of Rs 36-crore imported Bell 429 helicopter ordered by Punjab government during the second term of Akali Dal-BJP government in 2012, calling it a non-transparent procurement.  See Full Story
