Columbia Helicopters Inc., Aurora, Oregon, has been awarded task order HTC711-11-D-R021/0004 for $24,983,704.  This task order award will provide two rotary wing aircraft to move cargo and passengers throughout Afghanistan.  Work will be performed in Afghanistan, with an expected completion date of March 31, 2017.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $24,983,704 are being obligated at time of award.  U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
