The Russian Defence Ministry has recently received their order of Mi-8AMTSh Terminator and Mi-8AMTSh VA military transport helicopters. The helicopters were modified by Russian Helicopters in agreement of the 2016 Defence Procurement Plan. The modifications equip the helicopters with turboshaft engines, upgraded avionics and a TA-14 auxiliary power plant, enabling them for use in the Arctic region, reports Sputnik.
