Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) are developing a tilt-rotor, called the Blue Whale, which will be able to fly at speeds of 500 km/h. The Blue Whale will be the equivalent of the Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey, reports IHS Jane.
