The Russian Army will soon activate Mi-8AMTSh-V Special helicopter squadrons in each district so that they can send in and receive their commandos. The new units will be trained to fly in all types of weather and how to fly in terrain-following mode so that they can approach and attack the enemy unseen. Other training includes the use of weapons such as unguided rockets and guided missiles as well as landing Army Special Forces soldiers too, reports Defense News.
