Boulder Transport will soon be offering helicopter flights throughout the Front Range area. They plan to officially begin this service 15 June and hope to be fully operational by ski season, reports Daily Camera. The founder of Boulder Transport, Carlos Alvarez has stated that with the arrival of Google and the success of other tech companies in Boulder, if a company had a VIP client arriving, they would rather fly straight into Boulder itself rather than sit in a car for an hour and a half. They will save time for many who want to get up the I-70. Costs limit the service, as a flight from Jefferson County to the Denver International Airport can cost between $650 and $1,500 a trip.
