After a period of continued use, the helicopter seating arrangements were in need of refurbishing. The original material on the seats was badly worn and suffering from staining. Arville has donated a suitable replacement fabric which will be durable, hard-wearing and meet the stringent safety requirements for fabric used within aircraft.
Keith Boxall – Compliance Monitoring Manager for London Air Ambulance commented, “On behalf of London’s Air Ambulance, thank you for your generous offer to supply the material for the cabin seats free of charge. Your help and assistance is greatly appreciated.”
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to the 10 million people who live, work and travel within the M25. The service treats on average five critically injured people in London each day, performing medical interventions at the roadside that would normally only be found in a hospital emergency department.
