The plans for a heliport along Buffalo River have been withdrawn. Mike Campbell submitted plans for a heliport at the Buffalo waterfront, with the idea of offering helicopter rides in his R44 Raven II. He plans to submit a new proposal to the Buffalo Common Council though, reports Biz Journals.
