Safran has started with the development of their new heavy-engine, high-power helicopter engine type called Aneto. Safran is looking to supply HAL with the Aneto family, after they submitted an RFI, HAL wants to purchase the engines so they can power their home-made helicopters, reports The Hindu Business Line.
