Potential pay review as US Army crews quit at record rate

The US Army has had to come up with a plan of how to retain more pilots. They currently have a 10% attrition rate. This is due to competition from commercial airlines as well as aging air crews. The army is planning on boosting salaries, awarding pilots for each milestone they reach, as well as reimbursing their tuition fees. The Air Force currently has a deficit of 2000 pilots, reports Stars and Stripes.
