Local news sources in Moscow are reporting that the Moscow Arbitration Court received a lawsuit from Russian Helicopters against the National Leasing Company for Industrial Development. The amount of claims exceeds $39M equivalent. The National Aviation Aviation Service is also named as a third party in case file A40-102205 / 2020). Details of the dispute have not been released.

Russian Helicopters is part of state corporation Rostec.

The National Leasing Company for Industrial Development (National Industrial Leasing) is jointly owned by Rostec and the Industrial Development Fund.
