Helicopter lease servicing company Lobo Leasing Limited has completed a management buy-out (MBO). The company is now wholly owned by senior management – Bill Wolf (CEO) and Dan Roberts (COO).

This transaction demonstrates the commitment of Lobo’s management to the long-term future of Lobo as an investment arranger and manager in the vertical lift sector.
