[electronic translation] In early 2008, HeliDax, a subsidiary of the DCI group, won the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract, initiated by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, for the supply of helicopter flight hours for the benefit of the EALAT (School of Dax Army Light Aviation). This prestigious school trains, among others, pilots from the Army, the Air and Space Force, the French Navy as well as those from the Gendarmerie.Over the past 15 years, HeliDax has provided nearly 22,000 flight hours annually with a 100% customer satisfaction rate. This quality of service is based first and foremost on the expertise of several dozen technicians who work in the areas of the daily provision of aircraft, maintenance, logistics, and continuing airworthiness. Over the years, HeliDax and its client, EALAT, have implemented shared operational modes and achieved a level of mutual trust that has made this PPP a success.

THE WORLD’S LEADING H120 OPERATOR

The DCI group is the world’s leading private H120 operator, with a fleet of 40 helicopters, including 36 within its subsidiary HeliDax and 4 within the Center International de Formation Hélicoptères (CIF-H), also located in Dax.

As such, the DCI group maintains a privileged partnership with the industrialist Airbus Helicopters, which was recently strengthened with the signing, in the summer of 2022, of an “HCare” type contract. This first reference on an H120 fleet aims to guarantee, over time, the best quality of service for the benefit of the Ministry of the Armed Forces. The DCI group and Airbus Helicopters are also partners in numerous helicopter capacity provision programs for foreign armed and security forces. HeliDax provides maintenance for these 40 machines but also performs maintenance in operational condition (MCO) services and implements its own helicopter modernization solutions for other fleets.

“I am very proud of the quality of service and the level of availability of the aircraft provided to our Armies since the creation of Helidax, within the framework of this public-private partnership. This constitutes a true model which arouses the interest of several armed forces in the world. I would also like to highlight the quality of the products and services of our industrial suppliers, first and foremost Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopter Engines, under this contract.

The expertise, commitment, and adaptability of all our employees, to provide the Army Light Aviation School with the flight hours necessary for its needs, complement our skills in MCO and modernization of helicopters, on many types of machines, which make DCI one of the very first French players in helicopter MCO in the world, with more than 110 aircraft maintained, always close to our customers. » Samuel Fringant, Chairman and CEO of the DCI group and Chairman of HeliDax
