Pacific Helicopters LTD are delighted to introduce our newest member of the team! Please join us in welcoming Edward Matane as the new CEO of Pacific Helicopters LTD. Eddie (as he prefers to be known) has a wealth of PNG aviation knowledge and experience, and a deep appreciation for Pacific Helicopters being a PNG home grown aviation business.

Eddie brings an impressive range of skills and experience to the role of CEO as well as a motivation and enthusiasm that we feel will be a great asset to the existing team. Eddie started his journey in aviation as a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, then after a long career with Air Niugini and AirLink PNG within Engineering, Quality Assurance and Management, Eddie joined Oil Search for 10 years as the Aviation Logistics Coordinator at Moro.

Eddie has described his passion for furthering the opportunities for Papua New Guineans to develop themselves in an aviation business and industry the country can be proud of.

We are pleased to have Eddie onboard as our CEO and look forward to working with him as we continue to grow Pacific Helicopters and continue to serve PNG as we have been doing since 1975.
