Helideck Certification Agency and Bond Helicopters sign Memorandum of Understanding for offshore helideck inspections.

Bond Helicopters, who are due to commence flying operations in the SNS from January 2024, has signed an agreement to recognise HCA as the entity responsible for certifying all UKCS offshore helidecks to which they operate. This brings Bond in line with the other UK offshore helicopter operators (Bristow Group, CHC Helicopter, Offshore Helicopter Services UK Ltd; NHV Group; and UNI-FLY) who recently renewed their commitment to HCA.

HCA Managing Director, Dave Rae Rae, said ‘We welcome Bond back to the UKCS and are delighted that they have placed their trust in HCA for ensuring the helidecks they will use are fit for purpose.’
