Helicopter Association International (HAI) is seeking nominations for two open positions on the HAI Board of Directors for the term of Jul. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2027.

All HAI helicopter operator member organizations are invited to submit nominations for candidates to fill two openings for the position of director, commercial operator.

Voters may submit nominations using the QR code above or the link included in this article. The HAI By-Laws define a commercial operator as follows:

• Commercial Operator: Any operator of helicopters principally for commercial purposes, but not including government entities or those whose principal business is the leasing of helicopters to others.

Nominees must be a principal owner, officer, or full-time employee of an HAI helicopter operator member.

When proposing candidates for nomination, please consider the type of operation and geographic location of each nominee, to ensure a diverse Board of Directors.
