Schweizer is excited to announce a partnership with Gallagher Specialty’s Aerospace team to offer all Schweizer owners and operators competitive hull and liability insurance through a single point of contact.

This first of its kind helicopter manufacturer-specific insurance program was developed around Schweizer’s legacy and record of quality, reliability, and unmatched safety. While most aviation insurance rates factor the industry’s risk level on a whole, or at the very least, the piston helicopter industry’s risk, Gallagher negotiated rates with the underwriting community based off Schweizer’s impeccable loss history and operational excellence. The result is attractive insurance premiums and coverage terms available to Schweizer owners and operators.

Gallagher structured the Schweizer Hull and Liability Insurance Program with pre-negotiated rates and scaling limit structures, making it easy for owners and operators of Schweizer helicopters to access coverage. The process is also designed to be seamless. Any Schweizer owner or operator can apply for insurance through Gallagher. They then receive a quote based on experience, aircraft use, aircraft condition, and desired coverage levels at pre-negotiated terms. The insurance is available to cover any Schweizer aircraft flying today and includes options for ancillary coverage. This group buying program is not available to any other make of aircraft.
