Astronautics Corporation of America’s AeroSync Mission miniature wireless airborne communication system (mini-WACS) is the line-fit connectivity solution for Airbus Helicopters’ new production H125 and H130 rotorcraft.  It will be available second semester 2024 for retrofit with an Airbus service bulletin for Airbus H125 from S/N 9112.

Astronautics’ AeroSync Mission is a secure, integrated, wireless data transmission system that provides easy flight, mission, and maintenance data export and storage services to support Airbus’ Flight Analyzer and FlyScan fleet monitoring connected applications and services.  AeroSync collects data throughout the flight which is then available for fleet monitoring applications after landing.

“Offering Astronautics’ AeroSync Mission as a retrofit option for Airbus’ light helicopters will enable customers of Airbus H125, in service since the end of 2021, to implement a connectivity solution that enables secure, safe, and streamlined maintenance and flight operation services,” said Matt Frei, Astronautics’ director of connected aircraft solutions.

AeroSync Mission is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) technical standard order approved product, and also meets European Union Aviation Safety Agency and FAA security standards.  Astronautics’ AeroSync product line variants are also the line-fit connectivity solution for Airbus’ H145 and H160 platforms.

More information regarding Astronautics’ AeroSync Mission solutions for Airbus will be available at the Airbus and Astronautics booths during HAI Heli-Expo 2024, February 27-29, in Anaheim, California.

During the show, Astronautics will host AeroSync demonstrations at its Booth 2322, highlighting air ambulance, law enforcement/search & rescue, and executive transport use cases.
