Victoria Helicopters Inc. (“Victoria”), the lessor of choice for tailored rotorcraft leasing solutions, announced that it has signed a dry lease agreement with Texas Department of Public Safety (“TX DPS”), via Berry Aviation, inc. (“BAI”), for an Airbus H125 helicopter which was delivered and entered service with TX DPS mid-July
Adam Caldwell-Waluk, Chief Executive Officer, Victoria, said, “We are delighted to welcome TX DPS and BAI as new customers and place our first leased aircraft in Texas. The H125 is equipped to support TX DPS program requirements as it’s exactly configured for the Airborne Law Enforcement mission. TX DPS has a broad range of mission requirements spanning law enforcement, counterterrorism, disaster response and search and rescue. We thank TX DPS and BAI for the confidence they placed on Victoria, and we look forward to working together.
Stacy Holland, Chief Pilot, TX DPS, said “Dry leasing the H125 from Victoria Helicopters and Berry Aviation marks a significant step towards complementing our existing fleet across Texas and supporting the demanding needs of the State of Texas, Operation Lone Star, ensuring our communities continue to receive the highest level of service possible.”
