eVertiSKY Corp., a leader in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) infrastructure, announces the acquisition of Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions, a provider of dual-use charging solutions.

The acquisition was completed under undisclosed terms. The combined valuation of the two companies is $262 million, enhancing eVertiSKY’s eSkyBridge UAM platform by expanding its ability to support electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, both in the air and on the ground.
