Med-Trans Corporation announced today the promotion of Rob Hamilton to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Hamilton is a proven leader with an incredible perspective on the industry as a whole. Hamilton most recently held the position of SR V.P. of Business Development.
Hamilton will focus on the day-to-day operations and leadership of Med-Trans, assuring the company’s vision and culture continues to focus on safety, patient care and complete customer satisfaction. Current President/CEO, Fred Buttrell, will continue to be engaged with the overall direction and strategic path of Med-Trans Corp., but his main focus and time will be invested in the holding company’s (Air Medical Group Holdings) aspirations and success.
Rob was a 2007 University of Virginia Fellow at the Sorensen Institute and is presently finishing his Executive MBA at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Medical Transport Leadership Institute and a former member for the International Association of Flight Paramedics, Board of Directors.
