Crashed west of Whitecourt, AB after experiencing tail rotor problems. Four occupants suffered minor injuries, two were taken to hospital. The aircraft had significant damage. Helicopter was harvesting pine cones and descending to unload. At about 100ft agl, tail rotor authority was lost and the helicopter began to rotate.
