THE air ambulance will fly higher over the area surrounding Royal Derby Hospital in a bid to appease residents who have complained about the noise it makes.  The Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance has been transporting patients to the hospital since its helipad opened in June.
