WESTAR Aerospace & Defense Group, Inc., Huntsville, Ala., was awarded on Feb. 25 a $10,294,818 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.  The award will provide for several logistic services for nine OH-58 and five 206B3 helicopters belonging to the government of Iraq.  Work will be performed in Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, with an estimated completion date of March 25, 2011.  One bid was solicited with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-10-C-0070).
