UTair has taken delivery of a Eurocopter AS350B3e, the airline announced today.  This is the first aircraft from a block order for 20 (see original HeliHub.com story of this order), and the company has also announced that 14 of these will be AS350B3e models with the remaining six as AS355NP.  All twenty are expected to be with UTair by May 2013.  It is feasible that some of the order may be operated by the Slovakia-based UTair Europe or UTair South Africa.
