Fuglefjellet AS is proud to announce that we have signed a contract to buy our largest competitor in the Norwegian aerial filming market, Blue Sky Nordic. The Fuglefjellet aerial film service branded as Magic Air is the market leader in Norway and with the purchase of our competitor we will be the largest aerial filming company in North Europe.
The acquisition brings Swedens most experienced aerial film operator Peter Degerfeldt to our team, as well as a Stab-C Compact gyrostabilisation platform. Blue Sky Nordic is formarly known as Ultimax Aerial, known for contributions to the feature films “Kon Tiki” and “The Girl with the Golden Tatoo” and several other productions in Europe.
The Stab-C gyro stabilisation platform may mount any kind of camera, and we may now do aerial filming with 4K cameras, stereoscopic 3D and for IMAX , giving us the ability to serve any kind of feature film or commercial production.
Fuglefjellet plan to bring the new Stab-C with 3D and IMAX capabilities to the international feature film market, and we may now do simultaneous productions with our Stab-C and Cineflex gyro platforms.
