The Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister, Stepan Kubiv, has revealed that the Ukraine and Poland will be working together to develop and modernize helicopters for their two armed forces. The reason for the joint development is because the Ukrainian Defence Ministry cannot sustain the development of new helicopters by themselves and need the assistance of Polish industries. They may have to reach out to North American or European companies, reports Defense News.
