The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office has finally, after three years, gotten approval to purchase a new helicopter. The new Bell 407GXP will replace their current Bell 407 helicopter, Henry 1, which has been in service for 21 years. The new purchase will come to a cost of $5.1 million, reports Press Democrat.
