Widow Jessica Tomlin is suing Sikorsky for unspecified monetary damages after the crash and death of her husband, Spc. Jeremy Tomlin in April last year. She is joined by two solider who were critically injured during the crash and their wives, Capt. Terikazu Onoda and Chief Warrant Officer Christopher Nicholas. According to the lawsuit, they are blaming the training mission crash on a major tail rotor malfunction, reports CBS Baltimore.
