Aero Dynamix, Inc, (ADI) has been awarded the first ever STC approval by the FAA for the installation of a Night Vision Lighting System in a Bell 429. The HEMS aircraft, owned and operated by Air Methods Corporation, was outfitted with NVG compatible lighting to provide safety enhancements for night flight operations. For ADI, located in Euless, TX, this is the 23^rd FAA approved STC issued covering 29 aircraft models. The STC (SR09566RC) was issued by the Fort Worth ACO, ASW-170 on March 12, 2010.
