Air Methods officially began operating a Eurocopter EC135 in Potsdam at 7 a.m., October 1st under its LifeNet brand. The new helicopter service will extend air ambulance service to St. Lawrence County and surrounding areas for faster medical response. The official ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, October 11 starting at 6pm at     Potsdam Municipal Airport.
